Community guidelines

Archefy is a tool for designing custom prints and sharing the result with the people who matter to you. These guidelines apply whenever you collaborate with another user, whether in a shared archive, a collaborative artifact, or by sending an invitation.

1. Respect other people

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse.
• No impersonation of real people, brands, or Archefy staff.
• Don't share content depicting other people without their permission.

2. Respect content rights

• Only upload photos and artwork you own or have a licence to use.
• Don't use Archefy to distribute copyrighted material without authorisation.
• Trademarked logos belong to their owners. Get permission before printing.

3. Keep it safe and lawful

• No sexual content involving minors. Reports in this category are prioritised.
• No content that promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activity.
• No spam, scams, or commercial mass-messaging through invites.

4. Protect minors

Do not share sexual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content involving minors. Report safety concerns using the reporting options below.

5. How we enforce these rules

Anyone in the app can report a user, artifact, or archive from the ⋯ menu. Reports are reviewed and may result in a warning, content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination.

Where applicable, affected users receive information about the outcome and available review options under Article 17 of the EU Digital Services Act.
